Jewelry Trends Fall/Winter 2010
For this autumn and winter we watched the trends and the use of color in fashion and especially jewelry. We looked at the colours that will be seen everywhere and how you can match your jewelry the best with your outfit. We will also discuss three trends for the autumn/winter of 2010. When looking at the new collections of various designers, at least one similarity can be noticed: contrast, classic colours combine with vibrant colours.

Classic basic colours
This fall/winter 2010 we will see a lot of black and rich grays. But also classic colours such as cement or taupe (gray purple). There will also be a lot of brown such as dark brown, camel and beige.
All these classic contrasting colours can be used in contrast with more intense and vivid colours.

Intense and vibrant colours
Besides the serene colours we have more vivid colours that are very intense. Many shades of red like deep red, burgundy and coral red. But we also see a lot of purple in fashion. Furthermore, also yellow orange and shades of green. Especially army green is often seen and then mostly in a ‘military theme’.
